Shipping Information

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the United States. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become available.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Ro & Jo Skincare products. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our return policy below:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned. Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.
  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale”, including clearance, discounted items, or promotional bundles, are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Return Process:
    1. Email us at info@roandjoskincare.com with your order number and reason for return.
    2. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
    3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Exchanges: If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue.
